How to request deletion of Facebook inquiry data
To ask for deletion:
- Call 865-233-6383 or use https://knoxvillewholesalegranite.com/contact/ and say you want your Facebook inquiry removed.
- Describe the conversation (Messenger or a comment), any name, phone, or email you typed, and roughly when you wrote.
- Deletion is manual. The business matches one stored record by hand using that description and the page-scoped id kept with that record. Messenger and comment records are not merged. If more than one record could match, nothing is deleted until the match is unique.
What is deleted
The matching live inquiry record in the private assistant database is deleted when the match is confirmed.
What may remain
Deleting the live database record does not immediately delete older backup copies. Encrypted backups on the Oracle server, a private Mac, and private Oracle Object Storage remain until the business removes them or they rotate out.
The business does not sell inquiry information. No automated deletion endpoint is offered; requests are handled manually as above.
